Changing the looks
As one first step of the newly growing activities on 2nDisability I will change the look of this blog in the coming few days... Just to make it brighter and nicer to look at...

Hi, I've been reading up on SL and people with disabilities because I'm going to start blogging about it. I live with and blog about invisible chronic illnesses like osteoarthritis, CFS/ME and fibromyalgia. I don't suppose there's a way to show people what it feels like to have pain and fatigue that doesn't go away. I've often wished I could "share my pain" that way, with "disbelievers." Anyway, great things you're doing and it sounds like you're going to have help soon. That's good.
I'm not sure if this message is getting through to you, but I would like to form a group of faculty and students to try out disability simulations. Would you be willing to share your widgets?
I am also looking for amputee or disfigured avatars.
